Tono Build LLC ("we," "us," or "Runjo") operates the Runjo mobile application and website (runjo.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information (company name, trade type, service area).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including features used, actions taken, timestamps, and device information (device model, operating system, app version).

Job & Customer Data: Information you provide about your jobs, clients, estimates, invoices, and related business data is stored to provide our Service.

Photos: Photos you upload for job documentation are stored securely and associated with your account.

Voice & Call Data: When using our AI receptionist feature, we process inbound call audio to provide call answering, transcription, and job booking services. Call recordings and transcripts are stored for your review.

Financial Data: If you connect third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks Online), we access financial data as authorized by you through those services' OAuth flows. We do not store your third-party login credentials.

QuickBooks Online Data: When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we may access the following data types as authorized through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow: customer and vendor records, invoices, estimates, payments, items/services, chart of accounts, and company information. We access only the data necessary to provide our Service's accounting sync features.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• To process and manage your jobs, estimates, invoices, and customer communications
• To provide AI-powered features including the AI receptionist, smart scheduling, and automated follow-ups
• To sync data with connected third-party services you authorize
• To send you service-related notifications and updates
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
• To comply with legal obligations

3. AI & Data Processing

Runjo uses artificial intelligence to power core features. Your business data (jobs, customers, call transcripts) is processed by AI models to provide intelligent responses, scheduling, and automation. We use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, Together.ai, and Deepgram) to process this data. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not use your data to train their models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate our Service (cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics), under strict data processing agreements.
• Connected Services: With third-party services you explicitly connect (e.g., QuickBooks Online), limited to the data and permissions you authorize.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

5. QuickBooks Online Integration

If you connect your QuickBooks Online account to Runjo, the following applies:

• Data accessed: We access customer records, invoices, estimates, payments, items/services, and company information from your QuickBooks Online account, as authorized by you during the OAuth connection flow.
• Purpose: QuickBooks data is used solely to sync your Runjo jobs, estimates, invoices, and customer records with your QuickBooks Online account, and to provide AI-powered insights based on your financial data.
• Storage: QuickBooks data is stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your account via row-level security policies.
• No selling of data: We do not sell, lease, or share your QuickBooks data with any third party for their own purposes.
• Disconnecting: You may disconnect your QuickBooks Online account at any time from within the Runjo app or by revoking access through your QuickBooks Online account settings at accounts.intuit.com. Upon disconnection, we will stop accessing your QuickBooks data. Previously synced data may be retained in your Runjo account; you may request its deletion by contacting us.
• Intuit's terms: Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. Runjo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Intuit Inc.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
